Description

Ingredients

  • 400 ml Schlagsahne
  • 500 g Mascarpone
  • 360 g Butterkekse
  • 160 g Kondensmilch
  • 160 g karamellisierte Kondensmilch

Instructions

  1. Prepare the mascarpone cream: Combine the whipped cream and mascarpone in a mixing bowl until well mixed and fluffy.
  2. Divide the mixture in half to allow for layering with the biscuits.
  3. Layer the tiramisu: Start with a layer of the mascarpone cream at the bottom of your dish, followed by a layer of butter biscuits soaked briefly in coffee.
  4. Drizzle the biscuits with a mix of condensed milk and caramelized condensed milk.
  5. Repeat the layering until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of mascarpone cream.
  6. Chill the tiramisu in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to set.

Notes

Tiramisu can be prepared a day in advance for enhanced flavors. Ensure that the whipped cream is not over-mixed to maintain its light texture.
